| Protecting Corporate Reputation and Brand - the role of people, culture and technology |
Creating the right organisational culture and nurturing the right attitudes throughout the people in the organisation are critical components of a successful, modern business. And these are as critical in both the development and deployment of successful solutions as the technology itself. Ultimately, how you use technology has a dramatic impact - both positive and negative - on an organisation's brand.
Having an inappropriate mix of people, culture and technology practices, can have catastrophic consequences. The NCC together with Erudine are keen to improve the understanding of the role of both people and technology in reputational risk management, and the general attitude towards risks and their impact on the business.
The research took the form of two Rapid Surveys which are presented as two sections within the report, one to investigate the People and Culture aspects and the other focussed on Technological Solutions.
